One brand, one price, no retainer. Inciteful puts the questions your buyers actually ask to ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity on an automatic daily scheduler, records who gets recommended instead of you, and turns the gaps into the work that closes them.
$99 a month on Solo. 7-day trial, no card. The report is free whether you subscribe or not.
For in-house teams
The sources deciding who gets recommended.
Which domains the assistants read in your category, which of them name you, and which pages of your own are already being cited.
The dashboard
Your answer space, on one screen.
This is the product’s own dashboard. Switch engines, drop to 7 days, open a source row and read the exact pages an assistant leaned on. Nothing here is a picture of a product.
Every tracked question is put to each assistant and two separate things are recorded: whether you were named in the answer, and whether your domain turned up in the sources it cited. Questions that contain your own brand name are tagged and excluded from the headline number, because a brand that names itself has proved nothing.
Each answer is scored against the competitors you chose, so your share of the answer space is a measured line rather than a hunch — and when an unfamiliar domain keeps getting cited, it is one click from being tracked as a competitor too.
Content is generated only from pages the platform retrieved and verified — your own site first, then checked third-party sources — and publishing hard-blocks on an unsourced claim or a dead citation. Push it to WordPress, export it, or drive the whole thing over the API, the CLI or MCP.
You do not have to subscribe to learn where you stand. The free report is a real run on your domain — the same three assistants the paid product checks — hosted at a link you can send to whoever needs convincing.
Enter your website, verify your email, and the run happens. No card, no call, and the result is a hosted page rather than a PDF you have to chase.
The trial
Seven days with every Solo feature switched on. Add your real questions, run the baseline, generate a set of pages and watch the whole loop before anyone asks you for money.
Solo, $99
One brand, 75 questions checked every day, a single seat, all on an automatic scheduler. Move up only when a second brand or a client report actually needs you to.
How it runs
Set up once. It checks itself after that.
Point it at your site
A scan reads your real pages, pre-fills verifiable facts about the business with the URL that proves each one, and suggests the competitors already showing up in your category. It takes an afternoon at most, and it is the only setup step with any weight in it.
Keep the questions that matter
Buyer questions are generated for you and labelled by intent — discovery, comparison, specific. Keep the ones a real customer would type, drop the rest. Solo tracks 100 of them.
Let the week happen
Checks run automatically across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity, on a daily scheduler, without you triggering anything. New and changed results are re-sampled and aggregated by majority before they count, and a confirmed change emails you.
Close the gaps it finds
The questions nobody wins are a ranked content backlog. Generate the pages, publish them, mark them live — and the app records published, first cited, and the days between, so the work has a number attached to it.
Selling online?
If buyers ask AI about products, start there instead.
The Shopify app is listed on the App Store and installs into your admin. It tracks whether assistants recommend your actual products, writes structured data into your store so crawlers that do not run JavaScript still see it, and keeps a ledger of every field it touched — so removing it removes only ours.
No. This is the do-it-yourself lane: Solo is built for one company tracking and defending its own brand, and everything the platform does is in the app rather than in a service wrapped around it. If you would rather hand it to someone, agencies run the same platform — that is what the Agency plan is for.
How much time does this actually take?
Setup is an afternoon: scan the site, keep the questions worth tracking, name your competitors. After that the checks run themselves on a daily scheduler, and you hear from us when a result is confirmed to have changed. The real time cost is the fixing, not the measuring.
Which AI assistants do you check?
ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity on every plan, automatically; Pro and Agency add Microsoft Copilot as a fourth core engine. Add-ons: Claude $29, Gemini $9, Google AI Mode $9, and Microsoft Copilot $9 a month, switched on per brand — so you only pay for the surfaces you argue about. Pro and Agency include Microsoft Copilot as a core engine; on Solo it is a $9 per-client add-on.
What is in the free report?
A real run, not a sample: six buyer questions put to the same three assistants the paid product checks, with who was named, who was cited, and where you sit. It is hosted at its own link so you can send it. We ask for an email and verify it, because the run costs us money to produce. There is no card.
Is $99 the whole price?
For one brand, yes: one workspace, 75 daily-checked questions, a single seat, automatic daily-scheduler checks across the three core assistants, publishing to WordPress and exports. The paid extras are the add-on assistants above, and stepping up to Pro ($349) if you need more brands, Microsoft Copilot as a fourth core engine, or a client-facing white-label report. Prices are published, monthly, and cancellable.
We already rank on Google. Why does this matter?
Because ranking and being cited are different questions with different answers. An assistant summarises an answer and names a handful of brands; the page that ranks first is often not one of them, and nothing in a rank tracker will tell you that happened. Inciteful measures the answer itself, which is the thing your buyer now reads.

The report is free and takes minutes. The trial is 7 days and takes no card. Neither needs a call.
