GEO is the work of making a business the answer AI assistants actually give. When someone asks ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity for a recommendation, the assistant names a handful of sources - GEO is how your client becomes one of them. Inciteful does both halves: it tracks whether a client's domain is cited for the buyer-intent questions that matter, and it generates answer-shaped content built to win those citations. ### How does citation tracking work? You add the questions buyers actually ask, and Inciteful puts each one to the 3 included engines - ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity. Refreshes are automatic and budget-paced: a light question pool can refresh daily, while a full pool cycles roughly weekly. New, changed or contested questions run 3 samples per engine and are aggregated by majority. Every check records two separate signals: whether the client is named in the answer, and whether the client's domain appears in the cited sources. The free visibility report shows real data before paying. Solo and Pro include a 7-day free trial; Agency starts as a paid plan. ### What counts as a mention or citation? Presence counts a mention when the client's brand, domain name or a configured alias is named in the answer. Sources is separate: it records when the client's domain appears in the engine's cited source list, even if the brand is not named. New, changed or contested questions use 3 samples, and a result must win the majority before a change is confirmed. ### What are white-label client reports? Every client workspace has a shareable report at its own private link, carrying your agency name and brand colour. On the Pro and Agency plans the "Powered by Inciteful" badge is removed entirely, so the report reads as your own product. ### Can I bring my own AI keys? Yes, for content generation: paid plans let you add an Anthropic key so generation runs on your account, which also unlocks Opus. Tracking always runs on our provider accounts and is included in your plan, so there are no tracking keys to manage. Stored keys are encrypted at rest. ### How are tracked questions shared across clients? The pool is account-wide, not per-workspace: Solo 100, Pro 400, Agency 800. Spread it across clients however you like. Tracking is automatic and budget-paced, so the refresh cadence depends on how much of the pool is active rather than every question running on a fixed weekly promise. ### Can I cancel or change plans at any time? Yes. Billing runs on Stripe - upgrade from the pricing page, and manage or cancel from Account through the Stripe billing portal.
