In what order are the fixes listed?
Unblock, access, near miss, create or update, structured data, technical, then earned third-party sources. A near miss is a page an engine already read but did not name.
Does structured data guarantee citations?
No. Structured data is one check-and-fix review in the list. It is never promised to win citations.
How do I know a fix worked?
Each export records its findings. A finding counts as fixed only when a later export checks the same page again and the issue is gone. Shipped pages appear in Proof with their question before and after.
