Inciteful vs Searchable

Inciteful vs Searchable: what does a client actually cost?

Both platforms track whether AI assistants name your brand. The three differences that decide it are what the price meters, when white-label starts, and whether the content side can publish a claim it cannot source.

The evidence

Judge it on the surface, not the feature list.

Average source rank by topic, across every engine, with the brands ranked above you on each one. This is the product, running.

The short version

Inciteful is built for one job: getting your clients named in AI answers, and proving it to them. Every client carries its own daily-checked questions instead of buying prompts per model, white-label starts at $399 rather than the $400 we recorded for Searchable, and the content side will not publish a claim it cannot source — the same gate on the app, WordPress and Shopify.

Searchable is a good product with a wider surface — more engines, more modules, a bigger team. You pay for that breadth whether or not your clients need it.

If your week is twenty client retainers and a Friday report, this is the one priced and shaped for it. Run the free report on a client and read the evidence before you decide.

The real differences

Three places the two actually diverge.

Feature grids make every platform look the same. These are the decisions that change what you pay and what you can hand a client.

Metering

Per-client questions, not per-model prompts

Searchable meters tracked prompts per model — its Pro plan publishes 100 prompts and 9,000 AI answers analysed a month. Inciteful gives every client its own daily-checked allowance (25 per client on Pro and Agency, 75 for Solo’s single brand), and a $25 pack deepens the client who is losing without thinning anyone else.

White label

Your name on it from $399

White-label reports start on Searchable’s Scale plan at $400 a month — checked against their live pricing page, see the sources note below. On Inciteful they start on Pro at $399, alongside 10 client workspaces and 10 seats — and the Agency plan runs 20 clients at $749 with unlimited seats (extra clients $39, questions included).

Content integrity

The publish button refuses

Inciteful generates only from sources it retrieved and verified, and the publish call hard-blocks an unsourced claim or a dead citation. Searchable publishes article volumes — 20, 80 and 200 a month by tier — but no equivalent publish gate is documented on its public pages.

How it works

This is how we get your clients cited — and how you prove it to them.

The dashboard below is the real interface, running live. Nothing is gated, blurred or behind a form — click anything, change the engine filter, open a competitor.

Side by side

Searchable’s column is quoted from its published plan cards and comparison table. Where their public pages do not say, this table says that instead of guessing.

FAQ

Questions evaluators actually ask.

Can we run both?

Yes, and some teams will. Some agencies do, during an evaluation. Inciteful is the one that reports twenty clients under your own name and produces content behind a publish gate. If you already pay for Searchable, the honest test is a month of both and a look at which report your client actually read.

Why is Inciteful cheaper?

Because the allowance is per client and the cadence is printed. Every question is checked every day on ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and — on Pro and Agency — Copilot, with Perplexity weekly, rather than prompts sold per model and per seat.

How often do the checks run?

Every question, every day, on ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and — on Pro and Agency — Microsoft Copilot; Perplexity refreshes weekly on a fixed day per client. Publishing a cadence you cannot fund is how this category earned its reliability problem, so ours is priced before it is printed. New and changed results are re-checked with extra samples before a number moves.

How do questions work for an agency?

The Agency plan carries 20 client workspaces, each with its own 25 daily-checked questions; extra clients are $39 with their questions included. A client in a contested category takes $25 question packs for more depth the week the fight moves — without thinning any other client’s coverage.

Do you have customer stories?

Not yet, and none are invented here. Inciteful is pre-revenue and the first accounts are running now. Everything on this site is either the product itself or a rival’s public page — which is also why this page prints the rows it loses.

How is this comparison kept honest?

Every Searchable figure was read from their public pricing page on 15 August 2026, and that date sits under the table. Where their pages do not state something, the row says so rather than asserting an absence. If anything here is wrong or has moved, email hello@tryinciteful.com and it is corrected and re-dated.
