# Every client measured, under your name.

> Your clients are already asking what ChatGPT says about them. Track 20 client workspaces for $749 a month, every question checked daily, reports in your name.

This is the markdown twin of the page above, published by Inciteful for AI agents. It is generated from the same source data as the HTML, so the two never diverge. Reviewed: 2026-07-18.

Your clients are already asking what ChatGPT says about them. An opinion loses that conversation; a measured, dated number wins it. Inciteful tracks every client, proves what moved, and produces the content that closes the gap — from one account, under your name.

The 7-day trial runs on Pro — 10 client workspaces, white-label reports, no card and no call. Agency is $749 and starts as a paid plan: 20 client workspaces, unlimited seats.

For agencies

## One dashboard, every client.

Every client carries its own 25 daily-checked questions, deepened with $25 packs where the fight is — and every one of them reports from the same surface.

The portfolio

## Every client, in one view.

This is the product’s own dashboard. Open the rankings, focus a rival, filter to a single engine, drop to 7 days — every control answers, and nothing is behind a sign-in wall.

The economics

## Twenty clients for $749 — about $37 each.

Most of this category prices per brand so opaquely the bill is a surprise. Ours is arithmetic: 20 clients included, each with 25 questions checked every day; an extra client is $39 with its questions included, and a $25 pack deepens any client in a fight.

$25
Per client, per month
$749 divided by 20 client workspaces on Agency. Pro is $399 for 10 clients — about $40 each — and that is where white-label starts. An extra client is $39 and brings its own 25 daily-checked questions.

25
Daily-checked questions, per client
Every client carries its own 25, checked every day. The contested account takes $25 packs for more depth; the quiet retainer never subsidises it.

$399
Where your name goes on it
White-label client reports start on Pro and stay on Agency: your logo, your accent colour, a link you send.

7
Days on Pro, no card
Seven days on Pro — 10 client workspaces and white-label reports — with no sales gate. Add a real client, run the baseline, and decide with the evidence in front of you. Agency is paid from day one.

Published monthly plan prices in US dollars. The per-client figure is the plan price divided by the client workspaces the plan includes — nothing else is assumed, and nothing is annualised to make it look smaller. Team seats are unlimited on Agency and are not metered. [See the full plans](https://tryinciteful.com/pricing).

The week

## Onboard on Monday. Report on Friday.

Four moves per client, and only the first one costs you an afternoon.

1. ### Onboard a client in minutes Add the client and point Inciteful at the site. It reads the real pages, pre-fills verifiable client facts with the URL that proves each one, suggests the buyer questions worth tracking, and runs the first baseline while you watch the progress. The domains AI cites instead of your client are one click from becoming tracked competitors, up to five per client.

2. ### Track automatically, on a daily scheduler Tracked questions are re-checked across all four core engines on Agency: ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Microsoft Copilot every day, and Perplexity weekly on a fixed day per client — on a cycle you do not have to trigger. New and changed results are confirmed with three samples and aggregated by majority, so one lucky answer never becomes a slide. Claude $29, Gemini $9, Google AI Mode $9, and Microsoft Copilot $9 a month are add-ons you switch on per client — so you pay for them on the clients that argue about them. Pro and Agency include Microsoft Copilot as a core engine; on Solo it is a $9 per-client add-on.

3. ### Report under your name A white-label report carries your logo and your accent colour at a link only the holder can open. Client-facing numbers are live-only: sample and failed runs are dropped rather than dressed up, and every figure travels with the date it was measured. Send the link, or print it to PDF for the deck.

4. ### Close the gap, then prove you closed it Generate the pages the answers are missing — grounded strictly in sources the platform retrieved and verified, with publishing hard-blocked on an unsourced claim or a dead citation. Push to WordPress, export it, or drive it over the API, the CLI or MCP. Mark it live and the app records published, first cited, and the days between: the one line that renews a retainer.

Winning the work

## Walk into the pitch already holding the evidence.

The fastest new-business asset we ship is a report about someone who is not a client yet. Two ways to make one, both real, both free to run.

Free visibility report

### Measure a prospect before the first call

The free report has an agency lane: your agency name, your email to verify, then the client site you want measured. It runs the real thing — six buyer questions across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity — and hosts the result at its own link, so you can send it before you have sent an invoice. No card, and the numbers are a live run rather than a sample.

Prospect reports

### Audit a whole client roster in one command

Point the `inciteful prospect` command at a domain and it reads the public client roster, scores each live client site 0–100 for how readily an assistant can read, trust and cite it, and lists the specific fixes in priority order. Publish it and you get a hosted page branded with the logo, ready to print to PDF. It reads public pages only, sends nothing to anyone, and costs nothing to run.

What a month looks like

### One client, four weeks.

- **Week 1 — the baseline.** The site is scanned, the questions are generated and kept, and the first run puts every one of them to three assistants. You now know which questions name the client, which name a rival, and which name nobody.

- **Weeks 2 to 4 — the movement.** The cycle repeats itself without you. Changes are re-sampled before they are believed, and the cited-source table shows which domains the assistants keep leaning on.

- **Month end — the report.** One link, your branding, dated. Not a screenshot of a dashboard the client cannot open.

- **The follow-on.** The gaps are a content brief the platform already scored. Generate, publish, mark it live — and the clock starts on published, first cited, days between.

What you walk in with

### A number, a date, and the answer it came from.

Not a traffic estimate and not a confidence score. The client asks whether it worked; you open the page and show them the day AI started naming them, the engine that did it, and the exact answer it appeared in.

Two ways to price this

## Per brand, or per account.

The difference is not a discount. It is which number your bill is denominated in — and only one of them is the number your own revenue is denominated in.

The per-brand model

- You pay per brand you add, so cost tracks the roster rather than the work.

- The question allowance belongs to each brand, so a quiet client wastes its share while a contested one runs out.

- White-label and multi-client management arrive as an upsell, often the one you have to ask about.

- The price for the shape you actually need frequently ends in a call.

How Inciteful meters

- You pay for the account. 20 client workspaces on Agency, 10 on Pro, 1 on Solo — extra clients are $39 each, questions included.

- The question pool is one number for the whole account — 800 on Agency — and you allocate it client by client, week by week.

- White-label starts at $399 and comes with the plan, not with a negotiation.

- Every price is published, the Pro trial takes no card, and nothing requires a call.

This is the shape of the two models, not a price quote from any named rival. Prices and packaging in this category change often, so the dated, per-competitor detail lives on the [comparison pages](https://tryinciteful.com/compare) — and if one of them is out of date, tell us at [hello@tryinciteful.com](mailto:hello@tryinciteful.com?subject=Comparison%20correction) and we will fix it.

Questions agencies ask

What exactly is white-labelled?
The client report: your logo, your accent colour, your name on it, at a link you send. What is not white-labelled yet is the domain — the report is hosted on ours, so the URL says tryinciteful.com. We would rather say that here than let you find it in front of a client. White-label is included from Pro ($399) upward.

How many people can I put on the account?
Unlimited seats on Agency, 5 on Pro, one on Solo. Seats are not the meter, so putting your whole delivery team on it changes nothing about the bill. A team member works inside the owner’s account, so their work counts against the same pools.

Is one client’s data separated from another’s?
Every client is its own workspace, with its own domain, brand, competitors, tracked questions, content and report link. A report link is a long random string rather than a guessable slug, and it only resolves while you have that client’s report switched on.

What happens when I use up the 800 questions?
Adding the next one is refused with a message that names the limit — never billed quietly as an overage. Because the pool is account-wide, the usual fix is reallocation: retire the questions that have stopped moving and give them to the client currently in a fight. If the whole portfolio genuinely needs more, the next plan up is the honest answer.

Do you have a partner or reseller programme?
Not yet — and there is no application form, no commission table and no tier badge to earn, because none of those exist. The plan is the product: you buy Agency, you charge your clients what your work is worth, and the margin is yours. If we ever run a programme it will be announced here rather than implied.

Which assistants does every client get?
ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity on every plan, checked automatically. Per-client add-ons: Claude $29, Gemini $9, Google AI Mode $9, and Microsoft Copilot $9 a month, so a client who only argues about ChatGPT never pays for the rest. Pro and Agency include Microsoft Copilot as a core engine; on Solo it is a $9 per-client add-on.

How often does it actually check?
Automatically, on a daily scheduler, paced by the compute budget the plan funds. We print the cadence we can pay for rather than implying every question refreshes every day — a promise this category makes often and keeps rarely. A lightly used question pool cycles more often than a full one.
