# Proof your clients read. Your name on it.

> Send every client a branded AI visibility report: who names them, what moved, share of voice against rivals, and what to do next. White-label from Pro.

This is the markdown twin of the page above, published by Inciteful for AI agents. It is generated from the same source data as the HTML, so the two never diverge. Reviewed: 2026-07-18.

Every client’s tracked answers become a branded report — the assistants that name them, what moved since the last check, share of voice against the rivals they chose, and the questions to win next. You send a link, or a PDF.

The report’s real sections and layout, filled with the demo dataset — not a customer’s numbers. Yours renders in your logo, colours and domain from the Pro plan.

Client reporting

## Sentiment, by topic, in the client’s report.

Which subjects read well and which carry caveats — in a white-label report with your logo, your domain and the evidence behind every number.

The report is built from this. Open **Export** in the demo to read the version your client receives.

The standard

## A report your client can check.

Anyone can screenshot a chat window. A report you hand to a paying client has to survive being read twice, and the second read is the one that decides whether you keep the retainer. So every figure in it carries its basis, and the awkward parts are printed rather than smoothed.

- **Live checks only.** Sampled, failed and non-live rows never reach the client’s copy.

- **Branded questions are excluded from the headline rate** — a brand that names itself proves nothing — and the report says how many were excluded.

- **A dash means no observation, never a zero.** Unmeasured and absent are different words here.

- **Repeated checks are shown as they landed** — “cited in 2 of 3 checks” stays 2 of 3, and the report states how many verdicts were unanimous.

What ships to the client

Client report

## Send a report with your name at the bottom.

Set your agency name, logo and brand colour once per client, and the report renders in them — down to the “Prepared by” line, which can carry a named author and their role. Preview the draft privately, publish a private link, or press **Save as PDF** and attach it to the email you were writing anyway.

The report opens with a brief written from the numbers rather than around them: the citation rate, the movement since the last check, the highest source position the client reached, and who leads the category. Then the grid, question by question, assistant by assistant.

A private link

Reports publish to an unguessable URL, off by default and switched on when you are ready. Rotate it and the old link stops working immediately.

Monthly, without you

Add the client’s email address and the report goes out every month. Change the address and the next send follows it.

Print-shaped

Save as PDF is built in and the page is styled for paper, so the file you attach looks like the page you approved.

An honest empty state

Before the first run the report says so, in your voice — it never shows a client a zero it has not measured.

Before they are a client

Prospect reports

## Walk into the pitch already holding the gap.

Point the CLI at a firm’s domain. It reads their public client roster, audits those live sites for what stops an AI answer from citing them, and publishes a shareable report you can send before the call — under your name and your brand colour, or ours if you prefer.

It sends nothing on your behalf and costs no tokens: the audit is a read of public pages, and a password-gated site is flagged rather than scored. What it buys you is the first two minutes of the meeting.

[How agencies run this](https://tryinciteful.com/solutions/agencies)

`inciteful prospect theiragency.com --publish`

Publishes to **tryinciteful.com/p/…** — a public page, your branding, nothing to install at their end.

How it works

## Reporting, measured from the answer.

Four steps, and only the first one takes your time.

1. Brand it once Agency name, logo, colour and author, saved per client workspace.

2. Let the checks run Tracked questions are re-checked automatically on a daily scheduler, on our provider accounts — a full pool completes a sweep as often as the plan funds.

3. Publish the link Preview the draft, switch the report on, and share a URL nobody can guess.

4. Let it send itself Add the client’s address and the report arrives in their inbox monthly.

FAQ

## What agencies ask about reporting.

What exactly is white-labelled?
Your agency name, your logo, your brand colour and the “Prepared by” line, including a named author and role if you want one. The report is hosted on an Inciteful URL — a custom report domain is not built yet, and we would rather say that than let you find out in front of a client.

Which plan do I need?
White-label reporting starts on Pro, at $399 a month for 10 client workspaces. Solo can still publish and share a report; it carries a small “Powered by Inciteful” line in the footer.

Can I see the report before my client does?
Yes. The draft preview renders the exact page the client will get, privately and before any link exists, and it can open straight into the print dialog so you can check the PDF too.

What happens if a link leaks?
Rotate it. A new address is minted and the old one stops resolving the moment you save. You can also switch a report off entirely without deleting the workspace or its history.

Does the report ever show numbers I cannot defend?
That is the design constraint it was written under. Only live checks are counted; questions naming the client’s own brand are kept out of the headline rate and the exclusion is stated; an unmeasured cell prints a dash instead of a zero; and the closing section spells out how many questions were checked, on which assistants, and how the sampling worked.

Is a prospect report the same thing?
No. A client report is private and built from tracked answers on a live workspace. A prospect report is a public page built from an audit of public websites, for people who are not customers yet — the pitch artifact rather than the retainer one.
